Glenmore Beach is one of the best official "boat launching" beaches. It is overlooked by the Angling & Ski Boat Club, whose members provides thrills for the spectators as they launch into the surf, or come roaring in after a day's fishing. Glenmore has shark nets and duty lifesavers in season.
